PAN Card Photo Resize is designed around a simple principle: your photo is yours, and it should never have to leave your device to be resized. All image processing happens locally in your browser — we never see your photo, and neither does any server.
What we don't collect
- Your photos. Image cropping, resizing, and compression happen entirely in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server.
- Accounts or personal details. There is no sign-up, login, name, or email required to use the tool.
- Cookies for tracking. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
What is stored locally on your device
Your theme preference (light or dark mode) is saved in your browser's localStorage so the site remembers your choice on your next visit. This value never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
Hosting & server logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical logs for security and reliability purposes — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for the HTML, CSS, and JS files. These logs relate to loading the webpage itself, not to any photo you process. Your photo never becomes part of a network request because it never leaves your browser.
Third-party services
This site does not load third-party fonts, analytics scripts, or advertising networks. All styling, scripts, and icons are self-hosted. There are no trackers, pixels, or embedded widgets from external services.
Children's privacy
This tool does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and the change will be described clearly in a note at the top of this page. Since the tool fundamentally does not transmit your images, any future change would relate only to the static webpage delivery itself — not to photo processing.
